Our swirl and stripe fillers are based on a proven and dependable time + pressure filling process featuring servo powered positive displacement pumps and rotating orifice plates that deliver impressive fill accuracies at speeds up to 500 cpm.

A specially designed product supply manifold efficiently delivers two separate products to the filling system to help create the distinctive swirl pattern in the filled containers.

Pacific's time + pressure orifice plate filling technology is unique in the industry and it offers superior performance, higher fill accuracy, and lower maintenance than piston filling systems.

This technology along with surface hardening of key filling system components has established Pacific as the filling industry leader for highly viscous and abrasive products such as nut butters.

Pacific swirl and stripe rotary volumetric fillers are offered in filler only, monobloc filler-capper, and tri-bloc rinse-fill-cap configurations. They are designed and built for hygienic food environments and 316L stainless steel construction with NEMA 4X electrical enclosures are standard.

Pacific's filling systems are designed and manufactured in Corona, CA.
