Pacific inline volumetric pump fillers require no change parts and they accommodate a wide range of container types and sizes.

Pacific volumetric pump fillers use proven and dependable servo powered positive displacement pumps to deliver guaranteed fill accuracies of + / - 0.5% or better. Pacific's volumetric pump filling systems offer superior performance, higher fill accuracy and lower maintenance than piston filling systems.

This technology along with hundreds of filling nozzle designs, each optimized for specific applications, have established Pacific as an industry leader for lower speed inline filler environments.

Pacific inline volumetric pump fillers can be configured with up to twelve filling nozzles and they support variable flow rates via servomotor control.

Pacific’s inline volumetric pump fillers accommodate a wide range of light to semi-viscous products including cleaning products, laundry products, personal care products, automotive lubricants, edible oils, condiments, and sauces. Filler operation via the HMI is simple and repeatable using a recipe-based system.

Our inline fillers are offered as filler-only standalone models or they can be supplied with Pack West inline capping systems.
