Conversions

A Pacific Packaging conversion kit or component makes a filling system capable of doing something it was not originally designed to do.

Examples of popular Pacific conversions include:

• Replacing a Pacific capping turret with a Zalkin pick and place capping turret
• Converting a top fill configuration to a bottom-up fill configuration
  
• Converting an ambient filling system to a hot-fill filling system
• Converting a standard filling turret to a CIP capable turret

Pacific conversion kits include all the parts, components, and assemblies required to complete the conversion.

Conversions can be quoted with or without the labor to install and commission the conversion.

When quoted by Pacific, conversions are completed by highly trained and experienced Pacific Field Service Technicians. When required, mechanical, electrical, and/or controls engineers may also participate in the process.
