Pacific inline lidders are constructed of stainless steel and they are NEMA 4X washdown rated. They feature Allen-Bradley controls. We offer multiple models with additional options such as denesting, bung orientation, powered lid compression, and conveyor synchronization.
Popular configurations include:
- Magazine lid infeed – ideal for round lids that do not require bung orientation at speeds up to 20 lids per minute.
- Pick & place lid infeed – ideal for round, square or rectangular lids such as those in the food industry that do not require bung orientation at speeds up to 20 lids per minute.
- Vertical bung orientation – ideal for round lids that require consistent orientation of the lid bung or pour spout at speeds up to 8 lids per minute.
