Increase Bearing Life
One of the small steps you can take to save money and help the machine run more effectively is to provide daily lubrication on the platform carrier elevator units. This will increase the life of the bearings and eliminate machine stoppage due to platform elevators that stick.
For machine models prior to the year 2000 that do not have stainless steel cam rollers, lubricate the cam roller at the same time. Following lubrication, turn the roller by hand; this will make it roll much easier.
