Pacific Acquires Patent for CIP Fill Nozzle (2006)

SAN CLEMENTE, CA – May 30, 2006 – Pacific Packaging Machinery Inc., manufacturer of high speed rotary liquid filling machines, has been granted a patent on their Clean In Place Fill Nozzle.
This nozzle was originally designed for a large, multi-national food manufacturing company to reduce the cleaning time on their existing Pacific liquid filling machines. The new nozzle design is now standard on all Pacific food and beverage fillers and can be configured as an option on their other filling systems.
Pete Carpino, owner and vice-president of Pacific Packaging Machinery, Inc comments, “Our customer’s demanded a nozzle design to reduce their cleanout time and cost. Not only did we meet this objective, but we came up with a solution that is unique within the industry.”
