  • New Feature
Stainless Steel Cam Roller & Stud Recently, we developed an all 304 Stainless Steel Cam Roller and Stud. In addition to offering exceptional corrosion resistance, it features a Teflon inner bearing that is lubrication-free and results in a low friction roll. It has a long lasting Nylotron outer tire that minimizes wear as it rolls on the cam.

The all-stainless-steel design is standard on filling machines beginning with the year 2000. The free-wheel and extra long life units are interchangeable with our older, steel constructed rollers. For more information contact Tina at (949) 369-2425 tinam@pacificpak.com.

    Reconditioned Filling Machines
    Short
    Lead-Time &
    Cost Savings
Pacific offers "like-new" reconditioned fillers based on availability. These machines are completely stripped down and rebuilt with mostly new components. Currently, we have two filling machines to offer with short lead-times at roughly 25% less than the cost of a new machine:

    • 18-Station, Bottom-up Filling Machine (5.4105" C.P.):
Ideal for personal care, home care and thin food & beverage applications. Speed range of 100 to 280 C.P.M. on 2 to 48-ounce containers. Supports a maximum container size of 5.000"
    • 20-Station, Bottom-up Filling Machine (7.854" C.P.):
Ideal for personal care, home care and thin food & beverage applications. Speed range of 100 to 300 C.P.M. on 16 to 128-ounce containers. Supports a maximum container size of 7.250"

    Technical Tip
Platform Carrier Lubrication One of the small steps you can take to save money and help the machine run more effectively is to provide daily lubrication on the platform carrier elevator units. This will increase the life of the bearings and eliminate machine stoppage due to platform elevators that stick.

For machine models prior to the year 2000 that do not have stainless steel cam rollers (see New Feature above), lubricate the cam roller at the same time. Following lubrication, turn the roller by hand; this will make it roll much easier.
