Monoblocks

Pacific Packaging Machinery also engineers and manufactures monoblock packaging machinery. We will integrate any rotary packaging machinery component with our rotary filling turret and frame. Example machinery integration includes rotary cappers and rinsers.

A single set of controls and motors are housed within a single frame and deck. The deck is designed with 2 turret shafts. One turret shaft controls the filling stage while the other would control the rinser or capper stage. A large transfer star connects the two packaging operations. The diameter of the transfer star is designed to ensure a smooth hand-off of the containers to the capping turret.

Here are a few typically situations where monoblock packaging technology may be appropriate:
	Production capacity requirements over 300 containers per minute. Glass containers running at high speeds. Minimal production floor space. Looking to reduce maintenance and line operator costs. Requirement to minimize/eliminate product exposure to atmosphere.
